thoughts from the winter park road race 10 k

I enjoyed this run, the hills and bends were tough to over come at first but once establishing a rhythm, everything runs smoothly. breathing is critical, if you do not keep a breathing pace you will be doomed to run out of breath and waste time on the side. If you over exert yourself you will have to stop and take a breath wasting time.

After about 5 miles I started getting a tad dizzy and wanted to throw up, but thankfully I did not

chi o 5 k for make a wish foundation

Just got back from UCF for the Chi Omega Race for Love 5K for Make a Wish Foundation . It definitely makes you realize the consequences of eating unhealthy after the 2nd mile or so.

This week I probably ran about 12 miles total.
Monday - 3 miles - 30 min
Wed - 3 miles - 30 min
Thurs - 3 miles - 30 min
Saturday - 3.1 miles - 35 min

I need to visit Track Shack to get some new shoes, developing blisters on my feet from my old nikes
